Dec. 4th

Music Trip tomorrow. We will be eating lunch early, so trips to the plaza won't be possible. 
***If you have been away, please have your parents sign a note giving you permission to travel to King S.S. by bus. ***

We are collecting food items for the local food bank - please bring in non-perishable goods, if you can
- can beans, can fruit, instant coffee, jello, noodles...

8A MATH - unit test next Friday Dec. 6th 
- circumference and area of circles - quiz returned 
- review formulas, rounding, converting - finding the area of combined shapes and the area between shapes. We will explore the drawing of circles next week using a compass and protractor when given the radius or diameter - worksheet due tomorrow

8A - non-fiction text - with a partner - read the story and take memos - create 20 questions and answer and identify 20 key words and define briefly - you will create a test for the next group. 

8A - reading lab - 4 booklets need to be completed this week -  24 by Friday.
